WHEN YOUR ORDER LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL INCLUDING THE TRACKING NUMBER.

Taxes & Duties

1. UNITED STATES (US) – All prices include VAT/taxes & customs.

Customs fee in the US is only applicable when total sum is over $800.

2. NORTH AMERICA (Excluding the US) – All prices exclude VAT/tax and customs. Besides VAT/tax and customs, price also excludes costs for physical inspection at customs in countries.

3. EUROPE
3.1. EUROPE – VAT/tax and customs is included in the given price.
3.2. NON EU-COUNTRIES – All prices exclude VAT/tax and customs.

4. ASIA, MIDDLE EAST, AFRICA, OCEANIA (excl. AUS) – All prices exclude VAT/tax and customs. Besides VAT/tax and customs, price also excludes costs for physical inspection at customs in countries where this is required.

5. AUSTRALIA (AUS) – All prices include VAT/taxes & customs.

Customs fee in Australia is only applicable when total sum is over 1000 AUD.

 

Returns

Return costs are for the customer.

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

All returns must be sent with the dispatch note attached. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as BORN ON MELROSE will not be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of BORN ON MELROSE.

International Returns

We do not accept International Returns. In case of choosing the wrong size, please contact us through public@bornonmelrose.com

All returned items should be declared as a “Returned goods, no commercial value” on the customs declaration; returned packages that don’t have this mention on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and may incur additional fees.

Please note that during and around holidays, deliveries will take longer.

We currently do not accept International Returns. In case of choosing the wrong size, we can offer the possibility to exchange. All additional costs are for the customer.
