Returns 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We only replace items if they are damaged or don't fit your size. If you need to exchange it for a different size, send us an email at public@bornonmelrose.com and send your item to: Brügelmannstr. 16-18, 50679 Cologne, Germany. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sales are final.

Shipping 

We offer free worldwide shipping for all our products. Our main carriers are DHL & UPS.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Brügelmannstr. 16-18, 50679 Cologne, Germany.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

After placing your order you will receive a tracking code once it is picked up by our carrier DHL or UPS.

Please note: The customer is responsible for all costs regarding import duties, sales tax etc. Born on Melrose has no control over these charges. 

For all parcels that are refused upon delivery due to unpaid customs charges; the customer assumes full responsibility for all costs of return including postal and/or shipping charges, customs charges, and handling fees.
